Super crunchy, super delicious. ?? This recipe for Yangnyeom is the perfect solution to your Fried Chicken cravings. Ingredients: ??Whole chicken 1 (around 1kg) into the pieces ??Frying Powder ??Oil For the marinade: ??2 Cups Milk ??Salt & Pepper For the Sauce: ??2 Tbsp Water ??3-5 Tbsp Oligo syrup (adjust to your taste) ?? 2 Tbsp Ketchup ?? 1 Tbsp Gochujang ??1 Tbsp Soy Sauce ?? 2 Tbsp Crushed garlic ??1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder ??2 Tbsp Sugar For the garnish: ??Sesame seeds ??Chopped spring onion(green part only) little How to Cook: 1. Put the pieces of chicken into the bowl and cover with milk. Add some salt and pepper and keep it for 30mins-1hr. 2. While it marinates, make the sauce. Put all sauce ingredients in the pan and boil it. 3. Mix the chicken pieces with frying powder and be ready to deep fry. 4. First time, fry it for around 10mins in 160-170°C and cook completely. 5. Fry in 180°C for the second time to make it crispy. 6. When the fried chicken is ready, put it into the sauce on the pan and mix them well. 7. Serve with the sesame seeds and spring onion on the top.
